The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™
"The single most untapped competitive advantage is teamwork."
- Patrick Lencioni
What does this program do?
The goal is simple: create a learning experience that helps intact teams understand how they can become a more cohesive, productive and effective team.
As professionals and their organizations learn how to work better and more effectively on teams, it leads to a noticeable improvement in morale, productivity and results. The payoff can be huge - for individuals, the team, and the organization.
Who is it for?
The program is designed exclusively for intact teams and work groups that want to:
- make better, faster decisions
- tap into the skills and opinions of all team members
- gain a competitive advantage
- avoid wasting time and energy on politics, confusion, and destructive conflict
- avoid wasting time talking about the wrong issues and revisiting the same topics over and over again because of a lack of buy-in
- have a team that's fun to be on!
How does it work?
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is a new, facilitated program based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. The five behaviors essential to a healthy, well-functioning team are:
- Building Trust
- Mastering Conflict
- Achieving Commitment
- Embracing Accountability
- Focusing on Results
Participants complete an assessment scoring their team on key components of the Five Behaviors model. Team data is combined with an Everything DiSC profile so individuals can link team behaviors with style preferences and priorities. The assessment is delivered through an online portal and the results are debriefed with the team during the session with a skilled facilitator from InKlaritas.
What do clients say?
"Lencioni's approach allowed our team to truly understand our strengths,
and to develop a plan to address the areas where we can be more effective as a team.
The process is more than just an assessment tool, it's a rare opportunity for teams to reflect and grow."
- Carlo F., Vice President, HR
