The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ is a new, facilitated program based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. The five behaviors essential to a healthy, well-functioning team are:

  • Building Trust
  • Mastering Conflict
  • Achieving Commitment 
  • Embracing Accountability
  • Focusing on Results

Participants complete an assessment scoring their team on key components of the Five Behaviors model.  Team data is combined with an Everything DiSC profile so individuals can link team behaviors with style preferences and priorities. The assessment is delivered through an online portal and the results are debriefed with the team during the session with a skilled facilitator from InKlaritas.
