Ken Blackwell, CEO of InKlaritas, was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Association for Talent Development - Greater Philadelphia Chapter (ATD-PHL) as VP of Partnerships.

In his dual role, Ken will be responsible for establishing alliances with corporations and other human resources, learning & development and professional organizations throughout the Philadelphia region. Ken brings over 20 years experience as a coach, trainer & facilitator, working with organizations from a wide range of industries to rescue their "accidental leaders" and dysfunctional teams. 

ATD-PHL, established in 1978, is among the largest chapters of the international Association for Talent Development (ATD). A vibrant community of professionals who develop talent in organizations, ATD includes trainers, facilitators, instructional designers, organizational development consultants, and educators from multiple disciplines. The chapter is noted for its high quality programming, popular special interest groups (SIGs), and outstanding regional conference (now in its 4th year).

ATD-PHL is an invaluable source of information, support, and networking for L&D professionals in the Philadelphia metro area. To that end, the chapter selects top speakers and exceptional venues for its monthly events and schedules additional social functions throughout the year. The chapter is also committed to fostering strong partnerships with area companies and universities in order to advance the field of L&D and ensure its success as the business landscape changes.
