I had the opportunity to be coached by Ken Blackwell prior to and after the 360 process and have found it to have been extremely helpful in strengthening the inter-dynamics of my department and the other departments I work with at Flaster/Greenberg. Ken is delightful - a terrific listener, goal setter, coach and guide. It was at our final session that I recognized how far he had taken me to higher roads in ways that have made a noticeable difference in the workplace. If you could clone a few Kens, you have the beginnings of a franchise :) I wish you and your organization continued success. You offer something positive that creates the experience of enhancing business dynamics and relationships. Keep it going.

Ken was a pleasure to work with and truly a world-class facilitator all the way. Not only was he a dynamic presenter and interesting speaker who really tailored the content of the day to work for my group, but he was a pleasure all around - funny, entertaining, knowledgeable, and quick on his feet. He was able to read the group dynamics and style and really adapted the pace and content perfectly. Ken fit right in and made it an extremely valuable session for our group. I got lots of positive comments from the team. I'd have no qualms about having Ken back for future training or recommending him to others.

I just wanted to let you know what a superb job Ken Blackwell did in facilitating our Library Advisory Board meeting. Ken managed to get all of the attendees to participate, which allowed us to obtain the kind of feedback we were aiming to acquire at this meeting. His experience in knowing how to take advantage of ice breakers, how to keep the meeting lively by breaking into small groups when appropriate, and how to refocus the discussion when it got off target were all invaluable to the success of our event. I would absolutely use Ken for future meetings. Thank you Ken for a job well done!

Hey Ken - just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your workshop. You did a great job and I just LOVE all your brain stuff. Fascinating topic. You have a really nice style and are an excellent facilitator too. Looking forward to working with you again and we'll definitely put your name forward for our staff college in November. Meanwhile, we want to bring you back again because several people want to see/learn more from you!

Ken Blackwell was awesome! He did an excellent job of getting everyone involved. We have an extremely diverse team. With that in mind, I wasn't sure what kind of plan we could come up with that would be both beneficial and interesting to everyone. It seemed effortless for Ken. From the ice-breaker to the closing, Ken had us totally engaged. Everyone said that this was by far the best off-site they had experienced. I would have to say that that was largely due to Ken. Keep up the good work!

I thought it was a good meeting and time well spent. You did a nice job facilitating the afternoon session and making people think about their behaviors and how to relate them back to the office. I look forward to doing something else with your group later this year.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you again, for the information you shared with us during the ECFMG afternoon team development session in Atlanta, last week. I found it particularly enlightening to learn how it may feel for others to be on the receiving end of my particular style. It never occurred to me that someone might find the question ‘Why?’ ----along with all the others I tend to ask---intimidating (I love being asked “Why?”). I must say, that gave me pause. I certainly don’t want the people I am trying to help to feel bad when I am training them. I have observed that I am not the only one in the office that has placed your ‘DISC’ card on their desk bulletin board as a gentle reminder that we are all good and different.

Ken, I was very happy with the session you provided for our team. We have worked through our recent challenge and you would have been impressed with how the two parties handled it. Thanks for your assistance.

Thank you for the educational and entertaining presentation this morning for our JETCO team. As one of the outsiders, I arrived here after a twenty year telecommunication career, I realize we have many needs. Your presentation this morning touched an important need regarding training and development. As a certified coach I appreciated the slide addressing coaching and training. I hope you can return and continue the session many of my peers need the understanding your data provides.
